When: In the second half of the workout. Last or penultimate workout for triceps. Before straightening of one hand with the upper unit under grip do the French bench press and leg extension on the one hand a dumbbell because of the head.
How much: 3-4 sets of 10-20 repetitions on each hand alternately.
