Hand position under grip does not allow you to work with heavy weight, so in this exercise, designed to develop the triceps with a concentration of efforts on the medial head, use low weight.
During the extension of hands working muscles and elbow extensors of the wrist. Extensors of the hands and fingers stabilize the brush when performing isometric tension during exercise.
These muscles (extensor carpi ulnaris, extensor digitorum, extensor little finger, long and short radial extensor carpi) keep the wrist in a straight position due to the isometric tension during exercise.
