In the initial position standing. Feet slightly apart. Handle grip exerciser to take on, with his hand on his hip on the side:

– Inhale and raise your hand forward to eye level;

– At the end of the movement to exhale.

This exercise involves primarily the front of the deltoids and clavicular portion of the pectoralis major muscle and to a lesser extent the short head of the biceps.

 Application exercises – lift one arm forward with the lower block standing

When: On the day of training the upper chest or on the day of pumping medium deltas. In the middle or at the end of the session. Before lifting one arm forward with the lower block, perform standing dumbbell bench press with a twist of your wrist.

How much: 3 sets of 10-20 repetitions on each hand alternately.
