Involving short and long radial extensor wrist extensor digitorum, extensor little finger and ulnar extensor carpi.

Note: This exercise strengthens the joints of the wrists, which are often weak due to insufficient power extensor muscles of the hand.

When: At the end of the workout. Before the extension of the wrists to the pole grip from above, perform barbell wrist curls grip on top after the extension of the wrist with a barbell grip top – bending the wrists to the pole grip bottom.

How much: 3 sets of 15-25 reps.
