This exercise is working muscles – extensors of the wrist : a long radial extensor carpi, short radial extensor carpi, extensor digitorum, extensor little finger and ulnar extensor carpi.

Moreover, it promotes brachioradialis muscles, shoulder muscles and biceps less leverage.

Note: this exercise is primarily promotes the wrist, often traumatized due to the imbalance caused by,
the predominance of muscles – flexors of the wrist extensors over it.

When: At the end of the workout. The first exercise to work out the muscles of the forearm. After barbell curls grip on top, perform wrist extension with a barbell grip top and wrist flexion with a barbell grip bottom.

How much: 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps on.
