Starting position – lying on the horizontal bar. Dumbbells keep on straight arms raised vertically:

– Inhale and slowly bend the arms securely hold your elbows in a fixed position, not allowing them to deviate to the side;

– At the end of the movement, returning to its original position to exhale.
